Job Details Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Accountant, you will be responsible for a broad range of financial tasks that are integral to our company's financial operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing and managing all accounts payable and receivable. 2. Conducting regular job costing to ensure the financial viability of projects. 3. Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. 4. Ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. 5. Implementing and maintaining financial controls and procedures. 6. Providing financial analysis and forecasting. 7. Assisting in budget preparation and management. 8. Liaising with external auditors and managing internal audits. 9. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards. 10. Continually improving systems and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Accountant position should possess the following qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and job costing. 3. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is preferred. 4. Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other financial management tools. 5. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail. 6. Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles. 7. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 8. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. 9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 10.
