This role is ideal for an accounting professional who can manage a broad range of accounting functions. You will own core financial processes including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and month-end reconciliations — all maintained within NetSuite. Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP): Process and track vendor invoices and payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized records of all payables Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate and send invoices to clients Monitor incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances Reconcile customer accounts

Payroll:

Process regular payroll accurately and on time Maintain employee records related to pay and benefits Ensure compliance with applicable payroll laws and regulations

General Accounting & Month-End Close:

Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions regularly Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records within NetSuite Assist with journal entries, accruals, and month-end close procedures Support preparation of financial statements and management reports Qualifications Proven experience in a staff accounting or similar accounting role Strong understanding of AP/AR processes, payroll systems, and reconciliations NetSuite experience required — minimum 1 year hands-on Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in a small business or fast-paced environment Background in Waterworks or Wholesale industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office, highly proficient in
