Senior Accountant

Job DescriptionJob Description We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements Create new processes to improve financial efficiency Report analysis and findings to management team ​

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration Minimum 2-5 years of progressively responsible accounting experience in a healthcare, nonprofit or grant-funded organization preferred. Previous experience in accounting. including month-end and year-end close processes, and other related fields Fundamental knowledge of GAAP Working knowledge and experience with Sage, ADP, and Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations, and data analysis) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Company DescriptionLa Casa Family Health Center is a mission driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving a diverse rural community with comprehensive primary care, behavioral health, dental, and enabling services.
