We provide reliable financial management, bookkeeping, and accounting services to small and medium-sized businesses. Due to continued growth, we are currently looking to hire three experienced Bookkeepers / Accountants to join our team. Job Summary We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented professionals with strong bookkeeping and accounting backgrounds. Candidates must have at least 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience and solid QuickBooks knowledge . Key Responsibilities Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple business clients Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards Manage Payroll and Sales tax accounts Prepare monthly financial statements and reports Assist with month-end and year-end closing Ensure financial records are accurate and compliant Communicate with clients regarding financial information when needed Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Strong QuickBooks experience (Desktop and Online) Knowledge of bookkeeping processes and financial reporting Excellent attention to detail and organization skills Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience working in an accounting firm or managing several clients Knowledge tax preparation is a plus Work Schedule Full-Time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
