We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Controller to support our finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Controller and contribute to the overall financial health of our organization and our non-profit organization.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred). Associate's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited educational institution. (minimum) 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a corporate environment Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
