Accountant

Job DescriptionJob Description Dynagraphics is seeking a full-time accountant to join our team. Qualified applicants should have a strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting, familiar with EPMS (EPS) software is a plus. We are looking for someone positive and ready to engage with cost accounting in manufacturing. We believe in work-life balance and providing a safe and positive working environment.

Responsibilities include:

Handle day-to-day accounting duties in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable. Document business transactions, invoicing customers and collecting payments. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts. Run and work on balance sheet, income statement, cash flow and other reports. Monthly cash reconciliation, month-end closing and year-end auditing. High-level of attention to accuracy and details. Maintain daily punctuality and meet weekly/monthly deadlines. Support administrative duties as necessary. Possess a positive work ethic and a drive to participate as a member of the team.

Qualified candidates will have:

Bachelor's degree, preferred in Accounting. Accounting experience (at least 10 years). Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Understand accrual basis of accounting. Read and analyze technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Excellent time management skills, prioritizing work tasks, and avoiding distractions. Honesty, hard-working, open to constructive feedback and willing to learn new things. Adept critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
