$85,000-$95,000 About the Role We manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across multiple entities. We're seeking a hands-on Property Accounting Manager to own full-cycle accounting across our books and lead a small accounting and administrative team. We are fully in person Monday-Friday. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities (residential and commercial) maintained in QuickBooks Handle AP/AR, bank and account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close Prepare financial statements and reporting for ownership Oversee and review the work of other accountants and administrative staff Maintain accuracy and consistency across separate sets of books Coordinate with external CPAs on tax preparation and year-end Support budgeting, cash management, and ad hoc financial analysis Qualifications 10+ years of accounting experience, with property/real estate accounting strongly preferred Proficiency in QuickBooks (managing multiple entities/books) Experience supervising or reviewing the work of others Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and month-end close High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sets of books simultaneously Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Compensation & Benefits $85,000-$95,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Includes paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance.
