Senior Accounting Manager

Kuenzli Rental Operations is a related entity to Kromer Investments. Kromer Investments is a Growing Real Estate Investor, Developer and Property Management Company, with properties in Northern CA and Reno, NV. We are a family-owned Business with 4,000 rental units under Management and two new Apartment Communities under active construction in the North Reno Market. The Company is a Leader in Smart-Tech living and both Installs and Operates its own Fiber Optic Networks that Modernize our Rental Properties and contract bringing Broadband Services to other properties in and around Northern Nevada and beyond. Kuenzli Rental Operations (KRO) provides warehousing services for the 4,000 rental units mentioned above. KRO provides the materials needed to keep the 4000 rental units sparkling clean and fully functional.

Position Overview:

This position oversees the flow of operations in the warehouse. This includes but is not limited to overseeing AR, AP, monthly financial statements, sales tax returns, reconciling of POs, banks and credit cards. Oversee coding of parts and reconciliation of different ledger accounts as well as analyzing costing and reviewing GL accounts for accuracy each month.

Key Competencies:

5+ years of accounting experience Collection of vendor invoices and reconciliation to purchase orders Ensure all accounts payable transactions are properly recorded in QuickBooks Ability to work well amid interruptions in a high paced environment Excellent communication, research, and customer service skills Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office (particularly Excel). High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
