This includes recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, receiving funds, and the payment of bills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements:

Financial Recordkeeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software. Record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

Bank Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank and credit card statements and ensure that all transactions are properly accounted for. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with financial records.

Funds Movement:

Supporting accounts receivable activity Monitoring the movement of funds both in and out of bank accounts. Maintaining relationships with both customers and vendors.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies. Maintain organized and comprehensive financial documentation for audit purposes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Proficiency in using business software:

NetSuite, Excel, Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Schedule:

Monday

• Thursday, 7:30am
• 4:30pm with a 1-hour lunch, Friday 8:00am
• 4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch
