Job Description
Your work should influence decisions, not just close the books. Comalli Group is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our accounting team and support financial reporting, job costing, month-end close activities, budgeting support, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. Working closely with the CFO and operational leaders, this role offers broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company's continued growth and success. What You'll Do Support month-end close and financial reporting activities Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analyses Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and job costing Partner with Project Managers and operational leaders on project financial performance Support audits, tax filings, compliance, and reporting requirements Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and efficiency Contribute to special projects and business initiatives What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of progressive accounting experience preferred Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting Advanced Excel and accounting software experience Construction, project-based, or service industry accounting experience preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Why Join Comalli?
