Job Description

Junior Accountant - CPA Firm A full time, mid level accounting position with career advancement and growth opportunity is offered at a small Suffolk county CPA firm. The right candidate for this position should have the following minimum qualifications: A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; CPA candidate desired. Must be organized with great attention to detail and ability to prioritize. Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word). Experience with QuickBooks and Lacerte is required. Must be a forward thinker, quick learner and have strong analytical skills. Must be willing to work additional hours during tax season. Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and co-workers. We will offer a competitive salary and benefits package to the right candidate.
