This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing the full accounting cycle, including month-end close, financial statements, reconciliations, and maintaining out accounting system in QuickBooks Desktop. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys ownership of financial processes and working closely with leadership to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities
  • Strong QuickBooks Desktop experience (Required)
  • Manage full-cycle accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  • Lead and compete the monthly close process including journal entries and reconciliations
  • Maintain and manage accounting records in QuickBooks Desktop
  • Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow)
  • Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Monitor cash flow and financial performance
  • Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Coordinate with external CPA firm for tax fillings and year-end reporting
  • Ensure accurate financial records and maintain strong internal accounting controls
