This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple entities, and playing a key role in financial reporting and close activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, experience supporting multi-entity operations, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments. This position offers significant visibility and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements as the organization continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Financial Close & Reporting Manage month-end close activities for multiple business entities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned deliverables Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, supporting schedules, and account analyses Assist with consolidated financial reporting and related documentation Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with established accounting policies Multi-Entity Accounting Serve as a primary accounting resource for designated entities within the organization Support day-to-day accounting operations and resolve accounting-related issues Ensure consistency in financial reporting, documentation, and accounting practices across entities Assist with onboarding and integration of newly established or acquired business units Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial objectives Process Improvement & Operational Support Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve accounting efficiencies Assist with process documentation and standardization efforts Support various accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities as needed Contribute to the development of scalable accounting processes and internal controls Audit & Compliance Support Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for audits and financial reviews Assist with tax-related requests and external advisor deliverables Maintain organized and audit-ready accounting records Support compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles Experience managing month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations Prior exposure to multi-entity, subsidiary, or consolidation accounting environments preferred Experience working with ERP systems required; exposure to Odoo is a plus Public accounting or audit experience is advantageous but not required Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset Why Consider This Opportunity?
