As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong internal controls, optimizing Accounts Payable processes, managing vendor relationships, and leading a high‑performing team. Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:
$110,600 - $139,300 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice receipt, coding, approval workflows, and payment processing Process invoices and payments accurately and on time in alignment with company policies and contractual terms Maintain strong internal controls to support compliance with company policy, GAAP, regulatory requirements, and fraud prevention standards Create and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation Monitor vendor relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, maintaining records, and evaluating third-party provider performance Lead team development by coaching team members and fostering a collaborative, customer-focused accounts payable function Produce accounts payable metrics and reporting while supporting month-end close activities and audit requests with accurate documentation More about you Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounts payable experience or related financial operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred or equivalent transactional experience Experience with Peoplesoft (Oracle), Blackline, BirchStreet, Workday, and NetSuite strongly preferred Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, controls, and regulatory requirements Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with automation tools such as OCR and workflow systems Effective communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and cross-functional interactions Shift details M-F Who we are Our business is all about people, and that includes you.
