Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant with current public accounting experience to join our team. This role offers exposure to a diverse client base and complex tax engagements, along with opportunities for growth and client interaction.
Qualifications:
2+ years of tax experience in a public CPA firm Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws Excellent organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review tax returns (individual, partnership, corporate, trust, nonprofit) Manage client engagements and meet deadlines Perform tax research and support planning strategies Assist with IRS/state audits and tax controversy matters Handle multi-state, sales, and payroll tax compliance
