$90,000•$140,000 per year Job Details•Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in the Tech Services industry. This is a permanent position that will play a pivotal role in our accounting department. The ideal candidate will have their CPA and will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including managing AP/AR, ensuring compliance with GAAP, handling purchase orders, and overseeing sales tax matters. Responsibilities 1. Manage and supervise all aspects of AP/AR, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions. 2. Maintain strict adherence to GAAP and stay updated on new regulations and practices. 3. Oversee the processing of purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 4. Manage sales tax matters, ensuring correct application and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. 5. Ensure all financial reporting is accurate, timely, and in accordance with GAAP. 6. Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and complete. 7. Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial matters. 8. Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data. 9. Use advanced Excel skills to manage, analyze, and present financial data in a clear and understandable manner. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Tech Services industry. 3. Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles. 4. Strong experience in managing AP/AR, purchase orders, and sales tax matters. 5. Proven experience in managing month-end and year-end close processes. 6. Strong knowledge of compliance and internal controls. 7. Excellent reporting skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and understandable manner. 8. Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, vLookups, and other advanced functions. 9. Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate complex financial information to non-financial staff. 11.
