Job Description

Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Payroll, HR & Accounting Specialist to join our team. This vital role combines expertise in payroll processing, human resources administration, and accounting functions to ensure seamless financial operations and employee support. In this role, you'll ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time, our HR processes are compliant and people-focused, and our accounting records are precise. Your work will directly impact employee satisfaction, financial health, and the trust our team places in the company. What You'll Do Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain accurate employee records, benefits administration, and HR documentation. Assist with accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and submit payroll reports, and compliance documentation. Partner with department heads to provide HR insights that support decision-making. Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in payroll processing, HR administration, and accounting functions. Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and accounting software. Understanding labor laws, tax regulations, and accounting principles. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. A people-first mindset with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
