Accounting and reporting to Investors and lenders, accounting and reporting to state agencies, audits, and property-level asset management. Monthly P&L statements, payroll, and balance sheet reporting. Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting, 5yrs+ experience in accounting. Ability to perform complex financial analysis.
