Position Overview:

The staff accountant will support the financial operations of the company, working closely with leadership to ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient processes. Key Responsibilities:

Daily Payroll Functions for Multiple Entities Daily Accounts Receivable Functions for Multiple Entities Daily Accounts Payable Functions for Multiple Entities Daily Administrative Support as Needed Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalability

Qualifications:

Accounting/Finance Degree 3+ years of accounting experience (construction industry experience strongly preferred) Strong understanding of job costing Proficiency in accounting software and Excel (Foundation software knowledge is a plus) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
