The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, processing payments, supporting collections efforts, and ensuring accurate financial records. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Enter, review, and process accounts payable invoices for payment. Apply ACH, credit card, and check payments to customer accounts. Process and reconcile customer credit card transactions. Request and track purchase orders from clients to ensure billing compliance. Upload invoices and billing documentation through client portals, including Ariba, APPRUV, ERC, and other customer-specific systems. Monitor accounts receivable aging and perform collection activities on past-due accounts. Reconcile customer and vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Assist with maintaining vendor insurance certificates and compliance documentation. Investigate and resolve billing, payment, and account-related issues. Support month-end and year-end closing processes as needed. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Accounting degree, Finance degree, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
