Job Description

About Keshequa Central School:
Keshequa Central School provides a range of rigorous programs that help students achieve. The district believes in supporting students and providing opportunities that will enable all students to develop their talents and pursue individual interests. Our mission is to understand each student's interests, needs, and ambitions in order to prepare all students for graduation with knowledge, character and the ability to lead successful lives. The district is situated between the beautiful Letchworth and Stony Brook State parks. There are two campuses, the Dalton Campus has one elementary (grades Prek-4), and the Nunda Campus has one middle school (grades 5-8) and one high school (grades 9-12).
Job Qualifications Required Knowledges, Skills, Abilities and Attributes:
Good knowledge of modern financial accounting and record keeping; familiarity with the laws, regulations, procedures and policies related to school district finances; ability to follow oral and written instructions; ability to keep financial records and prepare reports thereon; integrity; good judgment; physical condition commensurate with the duties of the position. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Management or Associates Degree in Accounting or Business Management with 3 years-experience in accounting functions.
