Peekskill, NY, On-site, Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable / Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process while supporting general accounting and month-end close activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional looking to gain broad exposure in a dynamic environment. What You'll Do Accounts Payable Process and code vendor invoices (2-way & 3-way matching) Prepare and execute vendor payments (ACH, wire, check) Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Review employee expense reports for policy compliance Serve as point of contact for vendor payment inquiries General Accounting Post journal entries and assist with accruals Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Support accounts receivable and invoicing as needed Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Prepare account reconciliations and audit support schedules What We're Looking For Associates or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-3 years of accounting or AP experience Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) Experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) Solid understanding of debits/credits and GAAP fundamentals Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
