Position Overview:
Eagle Rock Management is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced in-house Payroll Processor to join our corporate team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible daytime schedule, with consistent hours. Work hours are designed to support strong work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Process high-volume, multi-state payroll in-house, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing, reporting, and employee data management Review and verify payroll data, including hours, deductions, bonuses, and commissions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Handle payroll adjustments, corrections, and reconciliations Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive payroll information
Qualifications:
Proven experience processing high-volume payroll in-house Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Why Join Us?
