Job Description

THE CABOT GROUP
is looking for an individual who is dependable, honest and cooperative.
SUMMARY:
Accounting responsibilities for assigned residential and commercial real estate property management accounts. The timely and accurate preparation of accounting assignments with a commitment to the delivery of superior customer service and communication.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts receivable processing. Cash receipts processing. Accounts payable processing. Cash disbursements processing. Adjusting journal entry processing. Trial balance preparation and review. Financial statement preparation and review. Account analysis and independent audit assistance. Annual budget preparation assistance. Central office accounting assistance.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
A minimum of 3 years accounting experience. Including trial balance and financial statement preparation in an automated accounting environment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Undergraduate degree with a concentration in accounting.
WORK STYLE
Warm, outgoing and friendly. Cooperative, enthusiastic, honest and dependable.

$62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
