Job Description

PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT
- Central New York commercial real estate development and property management company seeks a Property Accountant who will be responsible for budgeting, lease administration, financial statement preparation, preparation of monthly cash flow reports, and preparation of annual reconciliation of actual expense to budget. Candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. We offer full benefits and an attractive work environment. The successful candidate will have either an associate's degree in accounting with 4+ years' experience or a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' experience. Experience with Yardi or a similar system is a plus. Send resume and salary requirements.
Pay:
$62,500.00 - $68,000.00 per year
