ResponsibilitiesAssist with month-end and year-end close processesPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statementsAnalyze financial results and support management reportingMaintain and improve internal controls and accounting processesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and project/job cost analysisPartner with operations and project management teams on financial mattersAssist with audit preparation and external reporting requirementsEnsure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
