Full-Time About Us We are a growing facade and glazing contractor specializing in window wall, curtain wall, and storefront systems across high-end commercial projects. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Accountant / Bookkeeper to support our financial operations, with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project cost tracking. Position Overview This role will support the finance and operations team by managing day-to-day accounting functions while assisting with job cost tracking and project financial visibility. The ideal candidate has experience in construction accounting and understands how costs flow through a project. Key Responsibilities Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) , including vendor invoices and subcontractor payments Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) , including invoicing, collections, and payment tracking Assist with job cost tracking , ensuring costs are properly coded and allocated to projects Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online (or similar) Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Support monthly close process and internal reporting Track project-related expenses, including labor, materials, and subcontractors Assist with WIP reporting and cost vs. budget analysis Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure accurate cost tracking and billing support Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting Construction or facade/glazing industry experience preferred Strong understanding of AP, AR, and job costing Experience with QuickBooks Online (or similar accounting software) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Experience with construction software (e.g., Knowify, Procore) Understanding of AIA billing and WIP schedules Familiarity with cost codes and project-based accounting
