Senior Accountant

Job DescriptionJob Description We are a well-established, growing public accounting firm seeking an experienced Senior or Manager-level Public Accountant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled professional with 7 to 12 years of experience in public accounting.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements, audit reports, and tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership) Manage multiple client engagements across various industries Lead and supervise accounting staff; review work for accuracy and compliance Provide strategic tax planning and financial guidance to clients Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant filings in accordance with GAAP and IRS regulations Maintain strong client relationships and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally Work independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality

Qualifications:

CPA license required 7-12 years of experience in public accounting (mix of audit, tax, and accounting) Strong technical knowledge in accounting principles, tax laws, and audit procedures Proven supervisory and leadership abilities Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently
