Job DescriptionJob Description Looking to join a small, growing firm that is flexible and family oriented that offers lots of opportunity for professional and personal growth? We are seeking an experienced accountant/CPA to join our team. Our firm is primarily a tax based firm, but is expanding further into audit/review work.
Position Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Preparation of personal, partnership, corporation, trust and exempt organization tax returns Assistance with audits, reviews and financial statement compilation Tax Planning Build new and expand existing client relationships Client write-up work, payroll, sales tax, RPIE and LM2 filings Handle federal and state audits and correspond with tax authorities
Requirements:
Prior CPA Firm experience Licensed CPA Experience with Ultra Tax tax preparation software Working knowledge of Word, Excel and QuickBooks Strong accounting, tax and analytical skills Positive, motivated attitude. Client-centric Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Competitive Compensation Part-time work a possibility for the right candidate Company DescriptionSmall firm with a large, varied tax practice base.
