Cassena Care, LLC, a health care consulting entity is seeking a dynamic, hardworking, highly motivated individual to join our team of professionals as a Staff Accountant. 3 Years of experience is a MUST ! Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Perform Month end closing activities Prepare monthly financial statements for executive review Bank reconciliations. Analyze and review all General Ledger activity within accounts including: researching and correcting any variances and identifying potential issues. Preparation of Quarterly Payroll Taxes General ledger maintenance and reconciliations. Able to carry out tasks independently and accurately. Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and planning skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other accounting programs. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Prepare operational budgets and forecasts with managers Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
