Accountant / Bookkeeper

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and hands-on experience with payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries Process accounts payable and receivable Perform bank and account reconciliations Handle payroll processing and related reporting Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Solid understanding of debits and credits Experience with payroll duties and compliance Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Russian-speaking is preferred English proficiency is required
