We are looking for an individual who sees themselves in an ownership role and is ready to work towards that goal. Davis, Nagy & Company LLC specializes in providing personalized services to our clients based on their specific needs. Our services include tax, accounting, payroll, and special projects work. Candidates will possess strong technical and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage all aspects of client engagements.
Responsibilities will include:
Prepare and review 1120s, 1040s, 1065s, and 1041s Take responsibility for accurate and timely filing of federal, state, and local income tax returns Manage client relationships regarding compliance needs and planning initiatives Manage and develop members of our team Create tax planning opportunities based on specific client situations Address IRS income tax audits and notices Monitor tax law developments and communicate information to the team. Create strategies based on that information for clients. Other project and duties as necessary Candidate requirements will include: Ability to successfully manage all aspects of client relationships Ability to communicate with clients and staff A minimum of 3 years public accounting experience Strong technical skills, especially in taxation Strong knowledge of taxation laws and regulations, and the ability to research Time management and the ability to maintain multiple projects Ability to work well independently as well as working with members of our team Bachelor's or master's degree in taxation CPA is preferred, but EAs will be considered Our benefits include: A casual office environment Flexibility Simple plan Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off
