65k-75k max base Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Mid-level Accountant to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely month-end close, and delivering reliable financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Execute month-end close tasks, including journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to ensure timely and accurate close cycles. Prepare and deliver financial reports and package materials for management, highlighting key variances and trends. Manage billing and invoicing processes to ensure accurate and timely customer billing and revenue recognition. Support payroll processing activities, including data validation, payroll journal entries, and liaising with payroll providers to resolve issues. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, consolidating inputs, analyzing variances, and helping produce monthly forecast updates. Maintain general ledger integrity through accurate posting, month-end adjustments, and review of subsidiary ledgers. Support ERP system operations, including data uploads, reconciliations, and user support; participate in system improvements and reporting automation. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. 3+ years of accounting experience in a corporate or industry environment. Proficient in account reconciliations, billing & invoicing, payroll processing, fixed asset accounting, budgeting and forecasting. Experience maintaining the general ledger and preparing journal entries and month-end adjustments. Hands-on experience with ERP systems; prior experience with NetSuite OneWorld is a significant plus. Experience working with global or multinational organizations and familiarity with multi-entity consolidations is a big plus. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.
