We are currently partnered with a privately held manufacturing company that specializes in producing materials for a wide range of industries. With multiple operational facilities across the U.S., this organization serves a diverse customer base and maintains a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation. They are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. This role will partner closely with the Regional Controller and will be responsible for managing and overseeing key accounting functions, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Senior Accountant Responsibilities Manage customer billing, cash applications, credit insurance, and maintain accurate accounts receivable records. Oversee new customer setup, monitor outstanding balances, and track incentive programs. Support accounts payable processes, including weekly check runs and backup administrative duties as needed. Lead month-end close activities, including bank and account reconciliations, financial statements, and audit support. Drive process improvements, manage multiple deadlines, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting Senior Accountant Requirements 5+ years of accounting experience Experience within a manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field If you are interested in the Senior Accountant opportunity, do not hesitate to apply!
