This is a high-impact role within a lean, collaborative accounting group, offering direct visibility to both the Controller and CFO. This position is in-office with reasonable hours and flexibility. Role Scope Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations Maintain and manage general ledger activity Assist with inventory, cost, and operational accounting Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership Support sales & use tax filings (light exposure) Analyze financial data and assist with process improvements Contribute to a scalable accounting function in a multi-location environment Desired Background/Experience BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Business 3+ years of accounting experience Strong grasp of core accounting fundamentals Experience with an ERP system (NetSuite is a plus) Manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting exposure is helpful but not required Someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment IND4
