This position will have their own portfolio of properties and will focus on completing financial statements, bank reconciliations, analyzing reports, and performing audits ensuring adherence to standard requirements etc. Previous property management company experience is preferred with journal entries, fundamental knowledge of GAAP, excel spreadsheets, bank reconciliations, and preferably experience with Yardi voyager. Detail and deadline-oriented person with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
