Senior Accountant:
  • Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and healthcare accounting standards
  • Assist with audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
  • Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Maintain internal controls and improve accounting procedures
  • Partner with operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting Qualifications for the
Senior Accountant:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 3–6+ years of accounting experience, healthcare industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, Workday, or similar preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • CPA or CPA-track is a plus
