What You'll Be Doing Taking a lead role in month‑end and year‑end close Preparing and analyzing financial statements & account reconciliations Working cross‑functionally with operations and leadership Assisting with process improvements, automation, and efficiency efforts Supporting audits and ensuring a clean, accurate general ledger Owning critical tasks while growing toward more advanced responsibilities What They're Looking For Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance 2–5+ years of accounting experience Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivots, formulas) Someone who's organized, collaborative, and hungry to grow Experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, Sage, SAP, QuickBooks, etc. — any is fine!)
