Senior Accountant Dayton / Cincinnati, OH $90,000-$110,000 We're partnering with a well-established organization in the Dayton-Cincinnati area that's continuing to grow its accounting team. They're looking for a Senior Accountant who wants more than just another close cycle - this is a role with real ownership, visibility, and a clear path to keep moving up. What you'll be doing
- Owning key parts of the month-end close including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyzing results and helping leadership understand what's driving the numbers through variance analysis and ad hoc reporting
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing process improvements as the business grows
- Working closely with other departments to strengthen controls, improve reporting accuracy, and streamline workflows What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Solid understanding of GAAP and month-end close
