Staff Accountant Transportation organization in the Greater Central Ohio-area is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the team with daily general ledger functions, reporting prep, and intercompany tasks. Salary is $60-70k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT
The Staff Accountant will support general ledger accounting including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset activity as needed The Staff Accountant will pull data and prepare Excel-based reporting to support financial visibility and decision-making Provide light accounts payable and accounts receivable support across multiple entities as needed Assist with bookkeeping functions and accounting support for additional business entities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Must have strong general ledger accounting knowledge including debits, credits, journal entries, and reconciliations Must have intermediate to advanced Excel skills including formulas and data manipulation Associate degree or higher is a plus, not a must Experience with Great Plains is a plus, not a must Salary is $60-70k, DOE
