Job Description
Accounting Specialist accounting professional with progressive experience supporting all accounting functions , including AP, AR, and bank reconciliations. Hands-on experience processing vendor invoices, AIA pay applications, purchase orders, and issuing payments to vendors. Skilled specific AIA billing, change orders, and lien compliance tracking, 1099 preparation, certified payroll reporting a benefit but not required. Proven ability to support month-end close through bank reconciliations, departmental reporting Strong communication skills and attention to detail
