Play a key role in supporting plant and corporate accounting operations, gaining hands‑on exposure to cost accounting, inventory, and financial reporting. Partner closely with operations, leadership, and cross‑functional teams to drive accurate reporting, operational insight, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities (Senior Accountant): Prepare and review journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations with a focus on manufacturing‑related accounts. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and inventory‑related entries. Assist with financial statements, variance analysis, and reporting that supports operational and management decision‑making. Preferred Qualifications (Senior Accountant):
Experience:
3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience; manufacturing or cost accounting exposure strongly preferred.
Education:
