Job Description

Senior Accountant Position - We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Senior Accountant who is ready to take that next step and join our growing accounting team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting by managing key aspects of the monthly close process, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. What You'll Do:
Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring all accounting modules close accurately and on schedule Coordinate and execute month-end close activities to maintain timely and reliable financial reporting Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts with a focus on accuracy and minimal variance Reconcile key general ledger accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany transactions Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes Assist in monitoring AR and AP activity to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and processed promptly Support internal and external audit processes Play a key role in preparing Prepared By Client (PBC) schedules and supporting documentation Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiencies across the department Collaborate with colleagues, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field 2-4 years of experience as a Staff Accountant, ideally within a manufacturing or fast-paced business environment Strong knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience working with manufacturing accounting or ERP systems Highly organized with strong attention to detail Flexible, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset #
