Job DescriptionJob Description The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulations. This position requires expertise in ledger management and the ability to lead accounting teams effectively. Responsibilities Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records Maintain and enforce internal controls over financial processes Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements Manage general ledger activities and resolve discrepancies Lead and mentor accounting team members to enhance performance Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Experience with tax preparation processes Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
