$90,000 – $120,000 + discretionary bonus a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Our client, a cutting edge manufacturer in the Northern Dayton area, is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to join their team. This is a high-impact accounting role where you'll take ownership of the full close process and work directly with leadership in a small, growing manufacturing company. Staff Accountant:
- Lead month-end close and prepare financial statements
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain fixed assets
- Support cost accounting within a manufacturing environment
- Coordinate with third-party providers for audit and tax
- Utilize ERP system for accounting operations Qualifications for the Sr.
Staff Accountant:
- 5–10+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
- Experience with cost accounting and ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or relevant experience)
