Accounting Specialist Sam Auto Trans Twinsburg, OH About Us Sam Auto Trans is a growing transportation and logistics company specializing in transport services across the United States. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Specialist to join our team and support our daily financial operations. Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Process invoices and payments accurately Reconcile bank and credit card statements Maintain financial records and documentation Assist with payroll and driver settlements Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets Monitor expenses and ensure accurate bookkeeping Support office administration and accounting functions Qualifications Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience in the trucking, transportation, or logistics industry is a plus
