Job Description Responsibilities:

Manage general ledger activities, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Oversee payroll and benefits accounting, ensuring accurate journal entries and account reconciliations Handle lease accounting in compliance with

ASC 842/IFRS 16

Track and manage capital projects, including capitalization and depreciation Support SOX compliance through documentation and internal control processes Perform balance sheet reconciliations and analyze variances Maintain and validate financial data within consolidation systems Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare journal entries and support audit and reporting requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred 5+ years of general ledger and month-end close experience Experience with SAP and manufacturing accounting is a plus Strong Excel and accounting systems proficiency Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and ability to work independently Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
