Health and Wellness Associate Accountant Position Purpose Responsible for various Accounting Department functions, primarily focusing on equipment sales processing and sales commission calculations. Accountant Essential Functions Communicates and supports the Kirby Smith vision and core values of One Mission, One Team, One Plan, One Goal
Receives and reviews equipment sales documentation submitted for processing
Processes equipment sales invoices
Calculates commissions that are due on equipment sales
Reviews financial statements for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Ensures consistent and reliable on-site attendance Associate Accountant Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent
Two (2) or more years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Adept at organizing, planning, and completing tasks to manage a high volume of department paperwork
Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve issues independently
Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and various web-based applications
