Accountant Corporate Finance Oklahoma City, OK Onsite Position BancFirst Tower, Downtown Oklahoma City 100 N. Broadway Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73102 Full Time The position listed below is a job vacancy open to applicants within the Bank. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Some of the functions include but are not limited to: Assist in the preparation of Federal Reserve reports (FR-Y9C, FR-Y9LP, FR-Y10) and the Call Report. Assist in the preparation of the SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Proxy, etc.). Assist in the energy hedging program. Assist in the preparation of the Quarterly reports. Prepare Annual Summary of Deposit report for FDIC. Prepare stock option reports. Prepare property roll-forwards. Execute option and RSU transactions. Other financial reporting duties as needed. JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Accounting or finance degree (with accounting emphasis) and related experience Must be self-motivated Detail oriented Must work well under stress and deadlines Must be able to multitask Must possess excellent organizational and documentation skills Must be a team player Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday Long periods of typing and repetitive motion Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 5 pounds Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position Hometown service, statewide strength.
