ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Some of the functions include but are not limited to: Assist in the preparation of Federal Reserve reports (FR-Y9C, FR-Y9LP, FR-Y10) and the Call Report. Assist in the preparation of the SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Proxy, etc.). Assist in the energy hedging program. Assist in the preparation of the Quarterly reports. Prepare Annual Summary of Deposit report for FDIC. Prepare stock option reports. Prepare property roll-forwards. Execute option and RSU transactions. Other financial reporting duties as needed. JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Accounting or finance degree (with accounting emphasis) and related experience Must be self-motivated Detail oriented Must work well under stress and deadlines Must be able to multitask Must possess excellent organizational and documentation skills Must be a team player Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
