  • Full-time Senior Accountant Our client, a growing and well-established organization with over 150 employees, is seeking a Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to join its accounting team.
This role will work closely with the Controller, CFO and President and be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and process improvements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term growth opportunities. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies. Assist with external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements. Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting procedures. Partner with department leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. ERP system experience preferred. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. What We're Looking For Detail-oriented accounting professional with strong problem-solving abilities.
